ABOUT DIET
The diet is based on the exact combination of certain types of foods to lose weight. The 90-day diet is flexible, healthy, and its results can be seen quickly. The diet is based on food dissociation, so one day you will be allowed to consume only one type of food, such as proteins, for example. Another important thing to keep in mind is that during the diet you will have to eat at breakfast, day by day, just fruit.
TYPES OF FOOD ALLOWED
- Protein: chicken, fish, beef, pork, cheese, milk, eggs, etc.
- Starch: soy, rice, lentils, dried beans, soy flakes, chickpeas, potatoes, etc
-Carbs: white flour, whole wheat flour, buckwheat meal, cornmeal, spaghetti, lasagna, couscous, noodles, etc.
- Vitamins: only fruits and vegetables

- After a period of 28 days, there is a day when you only consume water - more exactly, days: 29, 58, 87.

DAILY PERIODS
Purification period: between 4 am and noon, eat fresh fruit and vegetables every two hours.
Ingestion period: from noon until 8 pm. It does not matter the amount of ingested food, but the issues related to their correct combination and the interval between meals.
Digestion period: from 8 am until 4 am, while you have to refrain any kind of food.
